This majestic home is one of our most popular plans. Outdoors, it features
a porch just right for sitting. The spacious living room has a cathedral ceiling and cozy
fireplace adjoining a large and convenient eat-in kitchen. Two bedrooms are on the main
floor, including the master bedroom with a full bath and extraordinary walk-in closet.
Upstairs, a third bedroom with two full size closets, second full bath, and spacious loft
area for unlimited flexibility of this ideal family home.

An alternative floor plan for our popular Allegheny home, this option features a larger utility room with its own outdoor entrance, a spacious living/dining room with an efficient kitchen adjoining. The master bedroom downstairs has ready access to the full bath. Upstairs, the bedrooms feature readily accessible undereave storage with full-sized closets in each bedroom. A full bath completes the upstairs layout.
